Get Support & Start Your Cancer Screening
Getting Started in 3 Easy Steps
- SUBMIT SUPPORT REQUEST FORM
Fill out the online support request form, and our H7F Team will review your information to determine the next steps for your screening.
- RECEIVE & COMPLETE YOUR HOME SCREENING KIT
Once approved, you’ll receive a cancer screening home kit with detailed instructions. Follow the steps to complete the test in the privacy of your home.
- SHIP YOUR KIT & GET RESULTS
Place your completed test in the pre-labeled box and send it back using the provided shipping instructions. Your results will be available within 10 business days, and we’ll provide guidance on any necessary next steps.
